Established over 30 years ago, we pride ourselves on being more than just a pharmacy, but a family. We aim to provide a healthcare service with the highest level of customer satisfaction, going outside the normal realms of dispensing to meet the needs of our patients, all of whom we consider as friends. Many of our patients have remained with us over the years, helping to support and grow the business into the establishment we are known as today. Without them this would not have been possible and we thank each of them for the continued support. With strong links to the Chinese and surrounding communities, we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with patients of all nationalities and cultures that have made Liverpool into the city we know it as today. With a range of information and support materials available in various languages, we aim to provide the same level of customer care to all of our patients. Should additional support be required, we have staff members who can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish & Italian.
